Senior Payroll Officer

Job Description:

Responsible for the provision of accurate and timely payment of wages through payroll systems in line with statutory regulations, company policies and procedures, as well as excellent customer service to management and employees on conditions of employment matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or any related courses
  • With at least 5 years relevant work experience
  • With strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and accounting software
  • Knowledge of payroll procedures, policies, and reporting
  • Ability to keep confidentiality at all times
  • Should possess supervisory skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure
