Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Purchasing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the ordering process, daily communications with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers and negotiating contracts
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize- procurement processes
  • Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities and supplier information
  • Communicate effectively within ternals take holders and external suppliers
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues that arise
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
  • Stay up-to-date within dustry trends and best practices in procurement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in purchasing and procurement
  • Proficiency in procurements of tware and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
