Job Description:

We are currently seeking for an outstanding, energetic, and result driven individual to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability. You will also be responsible for identifying potential customers and targeting them with relevant marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Identify potential customers and target them with relevant marketing campaigns and products
• Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and loyalty
• Ensure that all customers receive excellent customer service and their needs are met
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with our company objectives
• Monitor sales data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Prepare and present sales reports to management and senior management
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that marketing efforts are innovative and effective

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business, or related field
• Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Familiarity with social media and digital marketing platforms
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Knowledge of retail industry trends and developments
